The tented rooms are spacious with various options that can accommodate 2 or 3 people each-with the choice of a shared or ensuite bathroom. The rooms offer breath taking views of the surrounding landscape!
The quad biking experience is a thrilling highlight for both adults and children, allowing you to explore the rugged terrain occasionally sighting antelopes, ostriches and other exciting birdlife.
There are loads of other activities to do while at the lodge, including playing pool and board games, game drives and enjoying amazing sundowners.
For those seeking a more active pursuit, the hiking trails and biking cater to various fitness levels, promising an immersive experience in nature’s wonders.
Oh yeah- we also had an awesome bush dinner complete with a bonfire under the African star lit night and we enjoyed every minute of it!

– There are also snakes and poisonous insects around the property so caution should be taken to avoid them if sighted. Pack insect and mosquito repellent cream.
– The Eco Lodge also offers farm tours providing your kids the opportunity to learn about sustainable farming practices and connect with the local community.
– We recommend the use of a four-wheel drive vehicle to ease the 40 minute-1 hour drive through savannah and river beds to the lodge from the Magadi tarmac road.
– Google maps is not reliable so please ask the lodge for directions when you get to Oltepesi Centre. Kwenia Eco Lodge is located in Kajiado, approximately 120kms from Nairobi CBD off Magadi road.
